Recruitment management

A bespoke software solution that visualises and manages the administration associated with recruitment, which has enabled us to manage a database of nearly 6,000 security officers.

High-standard vetting

Officers who submit enough detail and documentation can successfully pass vetting standards to BS7858 within 24 hours of interview completion.

Smart prioritisation

A new customer request is met by a postcode search and our system prioritises the nearest officer with availability. In addition, for new contracts, we can search for the volume of applicants and the stage of recruitment.
