As part of our continued growth strategy, we are incredibly excited to announce the launch of a major acquisition drive.
A few months ago we were ranked 10th in the Infologue 2021 Top 45 UK Security Companies and are now looking to partner with like-minded businesses as part of our vision to grow and develop among the biggest firms in the industry.
Today we are focusing on acquiring businesses that may have struggled during the pandemic or are looking for external backing to support their own growth prospects.
Our CEO David Stubbs, said the business is looking to remain on its fast-growth path while in the process of demobilising Covid-19 testing sites across the UK, which it has been marshalling since the start of the pandemic.
He said: “SSGC has performed tremendously well in the last few years and we have been fortunate to employ some of the best people in the business to help support this.
“Our focus today has changed in line with the changing circumstances in the industry and we are now looking to acquire other businesses that we can support with our resources and ones that would really benefit from having our backing in the long run.”
Since its launch in 2014, SSGC has placed a huge emphasis on social value, consistently giving back to underprivileged communities and providing employment opportunities to all regardless of race, colour or gender.
This acquisition drive cements our continued commitment to support those within the sector with the knowledge and expertise we have gained through the years.
David added: “SSGC has created more than 5,000 new jobs and retrained those from sectors which have had large job losses.
“This includes a general veteran retraining programme and targeted recruitment from the hospitality and travel sectors.
“As we demobilise these test centres, our top priority is also to ensure that our employees have suitable alternatives available to them, and these acquisitions will certainly support our aim.
